We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is perfect, as it's only a short walk to the water front. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The room was comfortable and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. We especially enjoyed the delicious meals at the hotel's restaurant, where the barman, Salvo, went above and beyond with his exceptional service. The hotel truly provided enhanced comfort and quality services, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

We liked most the cleaness and the friendly staff. We also liked the rooms they were very comfortable and had good furniture.

The hotel is located direct next to the motorway. It was impossible to open the window.

Free parking. Free wi-fi. Restaurant. Close to highway, so very easy to reach Messina (by car) avoiding the city centre traffic mess.

Close to the road, therefore a bit noisy. Although sea view, far from being the best one. Breakfast should be richer.

from the minute we walked in the door,we knew this is a fabulous hotel...and it is

no wifi in rooms, there is cable internet avalaible though; the hotel is located between a road from one side and a motorway from the other; the nearest beach is covered in rubbish; we didn't find the town very interesting from touristic point of view

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was a great experience. The decorations were lovely and festive, adding a special touch to the whole stay. The parking facility was secure and spacious, which made parking easy. The staff were very attentive and friendly, making us feel at home. Plus, the location was convenient as it was close to key landmarks and attractions.

The rooms were comfortable but lacked a few amenities such as tea and coffee making facilities. the shower screen was a bit difficult to use and the street noise could be heard if the windows were open.

Breakfast was an absolute nightmare. Buffet breakfast opens at 7am. We were down in the breakfast room at 7am sharp. Staying at the hotel that night were a group of 50 italians who literally stormed the breakfast room in 5 minutes and took all the food. They even took food with them in their bags so that they can have what to eat in their bus trip. This left us with literally nothing to eat except 2 bread buns, 2 pieces of cheese, 3 pieces of ham and some juices. Compalined to hotel reception, but they siad that this is not their fault. So we had no compension what-so-ever. Misfortune of the day maybe? Who knows.

The hotel had great facilities with spacious rooms and friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of sweets to choose from. The location was convenient, close to the motorway and ferry to Lipari islands. I had a lovely walk down to the waterfront which wasn't too far.
